In-Hospital Diagnostics Tests Available
Payment Procedures
Our Business Office personnel are knowledgeable and willing to assist you with any insurance or billing questions in a friendy and professional manner. We accept Medicare assignment and participate with most HMO and PPO insurance plans.
Medicare Patients: We will bill your supplemental insurance company for you, providing they pay the doctor directly. If, however, they do not pay the doctor directly, you will be responsible for the 20% copayment, at the time of your visit.
Private Insurance Patients: We will bill your insurance company and you will be responsible for all deductibles, co-payments and out-of-pocket expenses at the time of your visit.
HMO Patients: We accept many HMO plans, however, it is the patient's responsibility to obtain and bring a referral for each visit.
