In-Hospital Diagnostics Tests Available
New Patient Information
As a new patient to our office we ask you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to complete the necessary paperwork and to prepare you and your records for your appointment with the physician.
Our office may contact you for your follow-up visits and reminders for annual examinations.
Female patients should contact their gynecologist for periodic pelvic examinations, Pap smears and mammograms. We recommend periodic colon-rectal examinations by the appropriate specialists. Male patients should contact their urologist for their yearly prostate exams.
In addition, your medical assistants are available should you have any questions regarding medication. They will consult with the physician and return your call promptly.
